How does GlowScan analyze my skin, hair, and nails?

GlowScan uses advanced AI technology to analyze photos taken with your device camera. The AI evaluates various health indicators and provides personalized scores, insights, and recommendations. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers.

Is my photo data safe?

Yes. Your photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after analysis. Only compressed thumbnail images are saved locally on your device for your scan history. We take your privacy seriously — see our Privacy Policy for full details.

Why are my scan results different each time?

Results can vary based on lighting conditions, camera angle, distance, and natural changes in your skin, hair, or nails. For the most consistent results, scan in good natural lighting and follow the on-screen tips before each scan.

Is GlowScan a substitute for medical advice?

No. GlowScan is an educational and wellness tool only. It is not a medical device and should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or dermatologist for medical concerns.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete all your data by going to Profile > Clear All Data in the app. To delete your cloud account, visit our Account Deletion page or email us at rozsagyenelaw1@gmail.com.

How do I restore my scan history on a new device?

If you were signed in on your previous device, your scan history is automatically synced to the cloud. Simply sign in with the same account on your new device and your data will be restored.

How do I cancel my premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

The camera is not working in the app. What should I do?

Make sure you have granted camera permissions to GlowScan. On iOS, go to Settings > GlowScan > Camera. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > GlowScan > Permissions > Camera. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or your device.

What languages does GlowScan support?

GlowScan is available in 14 languages: English, Spanish, Hungarian, Italian, German, Chinese, Arabic, French, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, and Turkish. You can change the language using the flag icon in the top navigation bar.
