5. Free and Premium Services

a) Free Tier

Free users receive up to 3 skin scans per day. Additional scans may be unlocked by watching rewarded advertisements. Free users will see banner and interstitial advertisements.

b) Premium Subscription

Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited scans, ad-free experience, and access to advanced features. Subscription details:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscribers will be notified before renewal at new prices

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Interfere with the App's functionality or other users' experience
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Share your account credentials with third parties

7. User-Generated Content

By posting content (reviews, comments, photos) to the community features, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the App
• Retain ownership of your original content

10. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to receiving advertisements. You may remove ads by upgrading to a Premium subscription.

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI analysis results will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Product recommendations will be suitable for your specific needs
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYGLOWSCAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Skin reactions, allergies, or adverse effects from following product recommendations
• Reliance on AI analysis results
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account
• Interruptions in service or errors in the App

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyGlowScan, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through our account deletion page or by contacting us.
